Daily Healing Calendar, use it to help you stay on track or create your own. Whatever works.
Avoid drinking alcohol and using recreational drugs for the duration of doing this program. If possible stop smoking cigarettes for thirty days or at least cut back as much as possible. Maybe now would be a great time to quit?
Trust me, all of this is doable!
How do I know you might think? For starters, I would never ask of you to do something that I haven’t already done. If you don’t know my story, I’ll give you the quick version. Formerly addicted to drugs, alcohol and smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. To now, clean and sober for twenty plus years. Trust me, if I can do it, anyone can.
Drink plenty of water every day, a minimum of thirty-two ounces but ideally sixty-four ounces, to help flush out the toxins that have been stirred up during the process.
If you would like to begin increasing your water intake I have attached a tracking page that will be very beneficial for you to use. Creating a new habit takes consistent awareness of what you are required to do. This tracking page is really helpful as it allows you to not only see your progress but boosts your motivation levels to reach the end goal! I love it.
NOTE: Be sure to check with your doctor before beginning to increase your water consumption as there are some people with certain illnesses that are supposed to decrease the consumption of liquids.
Drinking lemon water helps to flush out toxins and cleanse the liver so squeeze a fresh lemon into your water to super-boost your clearing process. Plus, lemons are high in vitamin C, a primary antioxidant that helps protect cells from damaging free radicals. Vitamin C also helps boost your immune system. Here are some great supplements and superfoods that you may want to consider adding to your diet. https://www.amazon.com/shop/lisa_whatley?listId=3FR11N2WZGXTW
Rest. You may require a lot of it during these 30 days! This is an intense cleansing, releasing and upgrading program so honor how you feel. If you are tired, go to sleep. So what the laundry needs to be folded. You can ask someone else to do it or it will be there for you when you awaken refreshed and ready to go again. Self-care is important so listen to your body.
Try your best to stay away from refined sugars and processed foods. In place of these eat fresh fruits and vegetables. You can experiment with what your body likes by taking note of what you eat and then see how this food makes you feel after you consumed it. Do you feel like you need a nap or you’re running low on energy? It’s best to avoid this food but if it makes you feel light and filled with energy, add more of that to your daily diet.
Commit to making journaling a way of life. Included are some daily and weekly worksheets but you may want to add to your journal process. Again do what works for you however it’s really important to take notes of your emotional feelings and what is going on in your physical body as well.
Be like a mad scientist, track your progress and write down everything you are experiencing. Pay special attention to recurring thoughts or feelings. These could be things you need to clear and heal or maybe you are beginning to receive new ideas that your spirit team would like for you to explore.
